Steampunk Gun -nerf mod-by ~StudioSandM

Artisan Crafts / Other

A Nerf Maverick with logos sanded off, spray-painted silver, then hand-painted with acrylic/ powder pigments. Metal chain attached by wire. Gauge made from bottle cap wrapped in leather and attached by wire. Leather strip detail glued right below the barrel on both sides, with brass studs on each end. Small leather patch with brass studs glued near barrel on the other side. More brass studs glued over screws and screw details.

I did not, actually. Just popped everything out and made sure to get under all the move-able parts and whatnot.

Ah! I think I have this type of Nerf gun.
My brother and I were going to do something similar to it. Looks much better than bright plastic.
